Get This -
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 shake dried thyme
1 can tomatoes
1 splash white wine vinegar
1 splosh sweet chilli sauce
300g marinara mix, fresh or frozen
fettuccine
salt & pepper
Do This -
- Heat oil in large fry pan. Saute onion and garlic until onion is transparent.
- Add tomato paste and dried herbs and stir until fragrant.
- Add vinegar, sweet chilli sauce, can tomatoes and seasoning and simmer for 30 minutes.
- After 20 mins cook enough fettuccine for two following instructions on the packet.
- After sauce has simmered for 30 mins, add marinara mix and simmer a further 5 minutes, or until seafood is cooked through.
- Serve over pasta in bowls.
